Max Holloway vs Charles Oliveira set for main event of UFC Fight Night 74

The UFC has announced that their August 23^rd show in Saskatchewan, Canada will be headlined by top 10 featherweights Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira.

Holloway is riding a six fight winning streak since his August 2013 defeat to Conor McGregor. This run includes five finishes, with his latest win coming against Cub Swanson.

Oliveira has also bounced back from a 2013 defeat to a top contender. He has rattled off four straight wins since his defeat to Frankie Edgar with his most recent fight being a 3^rd round guillotine victory over Nik Lentz.

In other UFC matchmaking news today, former Cage Warriors competitor Arnold Allen has been given a short notice call-up to replace his compatriot Mike Wilkinson. Allen will now battle Alan Omer at UFC Fight Night Jedrzejczyk vs. Penne in Berlin on June 20.

Also announced today is a fight between Tom Watson and Chris Camozzi on August 8 at UFC Fight Night – St. Preux vs. Teixeira. Both fighters are coming off a loss in their last outing so will be anxious to pick up the win.
