ESPN: Yoel Romero vs Robert Whittaker set for interim title at UFC 213

Brett Okamoto of ESPN joined ‘SportsCenter’ tonight and reported that UFC president Dana White revealed to him that Yoel Romero will face Robert Whittaker in the co-main event of UFC 213 for the UFC interim middleweight title.

Amanda Nunes vs Valentina Shevchenko will serve as the UFC 213 main event.

He also revealed that Cody Garbrandt is officially out of UFC 213 and that they plan to have TJ Dillashaw face UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson in August of this year.

UFC 213 is set for 8th July 2017 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
