A new arrival into the world gets us started off this week. Congratulations to UFC fighter Jai Herbert and his partner Jaye on the arrival of their son Nico Jai Herbert. Fantastic news!

UFC heavyweight Francis Ngannou shared his experience of illegally trying to enter into Europe by sea. A very inspiring story looking at where he finds himself today.

Mieshia Tate and Johnny Nuñez got an unexpected surprise this week. Daxton Wylder Nuñez arrived early and the former UFC bantamweight champion gave birth in her home. A big congratulations to the couple.
