KSW 17: Thompson vs Pudzianowski redeclared a no contest

Mariusz Pudzianowski’s ridiculous decision win against James Thompson at KSW 17 has been changed to a No-Contest.

Apparently the decision was due to a judge’s error.

Pudzianowski clearly dropped the opening round after Thompson outstruck and outgrappled him. In the second, Pudzianowski tried to turn it around but couldn’t do enough in most fans eyes to even win a round.

KSW are claiming that a sudden victory 3rd round should have taken place and that is why it has been re-declared a No Contest.

“Due to the fact that the overtime round did not happen, KSW owners along with KSW officials have decided to erase this fight from fighters’ records and declare the sixth bout at KSW 17 a no-contest,” KSW officials stated.
