Gunnar Nelson to hold seminar at FAI, Belfast on 18th October

As part of Cage Contender XV fight week, Ferguson Sports Group will host a Gunnar Nelson seminar at Fight Academy Ireland in Belfast on Thursday 18th October at 8pm

It seems to be becoming a habit when Cage Contender is in town, last time jiu jitsu ace and UFC veteran Dean Lister hosted a similar seminar in Belfast and after the last Cage Contender in Dublin,  grappling ace and UFC veteran Jeff Monson hosted a seminar in Cork, Ireland.

We caught up with Cage Contender owner John Ferguson

Gunnar Nelson recently made his UFC debut in Nottingham, England at UFC on FUEL, submitting 10 fight UFC veteran DeMarques Johnson in the first round via modified rear naked choke.

Gunnar is very highly respected in jiu jitsu circles, and holds a win over former UFC heavyweight Jeff Monson at the prestigious ADCC tournament.
