Dana on Brock Lesnar: He’s healthy and he’s said that he’s interested in fighting again

The UFC’s ‘The Time Is Now’ Press Conference took place today and saw UFC president Dana White and a number of top UFC fighters including McGregor, Jones, Anderson and Diaz field questions from the media and fans.

White was asked about the possibility of former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar returning to the octagon in the near future and he seemed open to the possibility and even stated that Brock has said that he’s interested in fighting again.

“Brock Lesnar is under contract with the WWE. We have a great relationship with him. He’s healthy and he has said that he’s interested in fighting again”

“So we’ll see what happens”

These kind of rumours have persisted since Lesnar left MMA back in December 2011 but while he is under contract with WWE a return is unlikely. However his WWE contract is said to be expiring at the end of March 2015.
