John Michael Sheil returns to action against Jason Norwood on 17th March

Irishman ‘JMS’ John Michael Sheil returns to action after an hiatus of over four years on St Patrick’s Day 2017 against Jason Norwood in a welterweight bout at Hard Knocks 54 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

JMS (8-1) amassed a perfect professional record through eight bouts, finishing all of his opponents in the process before losing a controversial split decision to Faycal Hucin in his last bout at Cage Warriors 49 in Wales back in October 2012.

The SBG Ireland product will face a tough test in the form of Jason Norwood (16-4) who has won four of his last five outings and holds a submission victory over Jon Kirk under the Bellator MMA banner.

Hard Knocks 54 takes place on 17th March 2017 at the Markin MacPhain Centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
