UFC Fight Night: Hall vs. Silva Results & Highlights

Anderson Silva was left disappointed after his knockout loss by the hands of Uriah Hall on Saturday night. The two middleweights fought in the main event in the UFC Apex. Hall stopped the future Hall of Famer in round four.

Both Hall and Silva embraced after the fight in a wonderful exchange that would bring a tear to a glass eye.

In his post fight interview the Brazilian hinted at retirement but made no decisive decision while talking to Michael Bisping.

The co-main event was a three round battle in the featherweight division between Bryce Mitchell and Andre Fili. Mitchell got the win by unanimous decision.

Greg Hardy picked up a second round knockout in his heavyweight fight with Maurice Greene.

Kevin Holland called for a named opponent after getting a first round stoppage of Charlie Ontiveros. Holland slammed Ontiveros to the mat causing a neck injury and forcing the end of the fight. It was reported that the neck injury from Ontiveros is not serious.

Thiago Moisés defeated Bobby Green in a super close fight that could have went either way. It was Moisés who got the nod on the judges scorecards.

Alex Hernandez put on a clinic in his win over Chris Gruetzemacher in the lightweight division. Hernandez got the knockout win in round one.

Adrian Yanez landed a beautiful head kick enroute to his first round win over Victor Rodriguez in the bantamweight division.

Sean Strickland and Jack Marshman fought to the scorecards and it was Strickland who came out the victor in the middleweight encounter. Strickland returned after a two year lay-off as a result of a bad motorcycle accident.

Jason Witt was successful in his heavyweight bout with Cole Williams. Witt latched onto a head and arm choke in what was a bloody clash.

Dustin Jacoby made short work of Justin Ledet in their light heavyweight showdown. Jacoby landed some big leg kicks and followed up with punches forcing the fight to be stopped in the first round.

Myles Johns opened up the card with a bang with a stunning uppercut over Kevin Natividad in the bantamweight division.
