Eimear Darcy Confirmed For Cage Warriors Dublin

Eimear Darcy will make her third appearance in the famous yellow gloves when she takes on Daniela Sanches at Cage Warriors 188 in April. The bout had been originally scheduled to take place at the Indigo at the 02 in London last month, but the Irish flyweight was forced to withdraw due to an injury.

Darcy (2-0) has had an impressive start to her professional career under the Cage Warriors banner this year. She knocked out Jenny Line in her debut at Cage Warrriors 170 in Dublin in April in just 58 seconds, and followed up with another first-round stoppage victory over Camilla Bergstrom three months later.

Daniela Sanches (1-1) was last seen in action last April when she picked up a first-round submission victory over Adriana Rodrigues at Rise FC in her native Portugal.

This announcement follows hot on the heels of the news that Team Ryano’s James Sheehan is set to defend his welterweight title against Justin Burlinson at Cage Warriors 188.

Cage Warriors 188 takes place on April 26th, 2025 at the RDS in Dublin. Tickets are on sale now.
