Greg “Hitman” Loughran to face BJJ Black Belt Santos at Cage Contender XIII

Greg “The Hitman” Loughran will return to the Cage Contender line up at Cage Contender 13 in association with FIGHSHOP.com on 28th April where he will meet a tough and very dangerous opponent in BJJ Black Belt Jorge Santos.

Loughran was originally billed to fight Tom Maguire at the Kings Hall event but due to other commitments Maguire was forced to withdraw. It looked as if Bellator vet Loughran would be left with out an opponent but in a Brazilian native Santos has stepped up to the challenge an its on!

Santos (29) who hails from Sáo Paulo, Brazil has been living in Ireland for a year or so now and is coming of a gold medal with at the Irish BJJ open. While competing in his native Brazil has won 32 medals and has represented Gracie Humaita academy, under the Scorpion gym in Porto Alegre including Gold at the Pan Am Championships. Now training in the MMA Lucan Gym which has a reputation for turning out some of the toughest fighters on the Irish circuit today Santos will be aiming to make his mark on the Cage Contender faithful as he step into the lions den.
