BAMMA Middleweight Title
John ‘The White Mike Tyson’ Phillips (c) Vs. Andy ‘The Lions Paw’ DeVent

BAMMA Middleweight Champion John ‘The White Mike Tyson’ Phillips (19-6-1) returns to Dublin to make his first title defence against DeVent. Training out of SBG in Ireland, Phillips put the world’s Middleweights on notice when he blasted former Champion Cheick Kone with a vicious KO in just 1:05 of the first round at BAMMA 24. With his no nonsense striking, Phillips will be looking once more to put on a stunning display against DeVent at the 3Arena on September 10th.

Fresh off his dominant performance at BAMMA 24 where he T/KO’d Paul Byrne in just 59 seconds of the first round, Andy ‘Lions Paw’ DeVent (13-10) will return to Dublin where he will get his wish for another shot at the BAMMA Middleweight title. The aggressive wrestler again proved that he has not only submissions in his arsenal but also devastating KO power as well. DeVent’s BAMMA record now stands at 3-2, with all his wins coming via stoppage. The recently engaged DeVent will be looking to bring home the ultimate wedding present from Dublin in the shape of BAMMA Middleweight Gold.

Aaron Robinson Vs. Ryan Curtis (Flyweight Bout)

Aaron Robinson (1-0) joins BAMMA coming off his pro debut win with a first round leg lock submission against Khalid Ahmed in April this year. The Next Gen Liverpool & Vale Tudo Liverpool fighter will be looking to increase his win column as he takes on the dangerous Curtis in Dublin. Holding an amateur victory over former BAMMA fighter Javonne Morrison, Robinson will face his toughest test to date on September 10th.

Primal MMA’s Ryan ‘Chaos’ Curtis (3–0) has yet to see outside of the first round. A devastating striker, he has finished all of his bouts by T/KO in the first round with the latest victim being John Spencer in February. Wanting to keep active this year Curtis steps up to one of the biggest platforms in Europe at BAMMA 26. Curtis will not only be looking to put on a show for his hometown Dublin crowd but also add yet another dominant first round stoppage to his record when he faces Robinson on September 10th.

Due to an injury to Phillip ‘The Honeybadger’ Mulpeter, the bout with Jordan James has been cancelled. Atilla Korkmaz also has suffered an injury and a new opponent for Brian Moore will be announced shortly.
