When Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor fight to unify the UFC featherweight belts it might just be the biggest fight in UFC history and, according to a report from Yahoo Sport‘s Kevin Iole, it could also be in front of the biggest crowd.

Veteran journalist Iole reports that due to a conflicting set of events at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand in early December the blockbuster match-up between the Irishman and Brazilian might be moved to the 100,000+ seater Cowboy stadium in Dallas Texas.

In the report Iole states the following

“An Andrea Bocelli concert at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas on Dec. 5 has led to the UFC’s decision to look at the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, as the venue for the featherweight title fight between champion Jose Aldo and interim champion Conor McGregor, sources have told Yahoo Sports.

MGM Resorts officials booked the Bocelli concert for Dec. 5 in its Grand Garden, the same night that UFC 194 will be held. Assuming his rib injury is sufficiently healed, the UFC plans to have the hotly anticipated Aldo-McGregor match headline that card.”

As of now this is still very much speculation but with McGregor a huge fan of setting big records, this seems right up his alley.
