UFC and Bellator veteran Neil “Goliath” Grove signs with Cage Contender

UFC and Bellator veteran Neil “Goliath” Grove has signed to fight at Cage Contender 17.

Cage Contender 17 is set to take place in The Kings Hall, Belfast on 13th April 2013

The news was announced moments ago via Cage Contender’s official twitter, and the tweet read as follows

“#CCXVII – BIG NEWS!! UFC & Bellator vet @goliathgrove signs to fight in Belfast on 13th April 2013.“

Neil Grove is 12-6 in his professional MMA career having fought top names such as Todd Duffee, Mike Hayes, Cole Konrad. Grove holds notable victories over top heavyweights like Zak Jensen, Eddie Sanchez, James McSweeney, James Thompson and .

In his most recent outing he defeated Tomasz Czerwinski via first round TKO at UCMMA 31 in December 2012.

No opponent has been named yet for Grove.
